Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account dashboard and click "Manage Subscription". You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you're not satisfied within 30 days, email us for a full refund. No questions asked.

My Pro features aren't working after subscribing.

Try signing out and back in within VS Code (Klip sidebar → account menu). If that doesn't work, use the feedback button to report the issue.

Is my session data sent to your servers?

No. All session parsing and search happens locally on your machine. We only store account and billing information.
